Welcome to Floro! By using our video streaming service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Eligibility

To use Floro, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Content creators specifically must ensure they have the necessary legal authority to agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You may have multiple content creator accounts, and each account can manage more than one channel.
• Account owners can invite other users to help manage the content creator account using our permissions system. However, only the account owner has the authority to delete the account.

3. Content Uploads and Intellectual Property

• Content creators can upload videos and/or ads after paying an annual fee of $50 USD, which covers account validation, video storage, and bandwidth.
• Each channel name must be unique, and all content must comply with applicable laws and our content guidelines.
• Floro will not tolerate the upload of illegal content. Content will be monitored by automated systems, and users can also report any violations.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share any content that is:

• Illegal, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by law.
• In violation of intellectual property rights or any third-party rights.

5. Content Moderation and Takedown Policy

Floro reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use. We will comply with lawful government requests to take down content and will maintain transparency by providing a list of such takedowns that users can view.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in behavior that is abusive, harmful, or intended to disrupt the service. Attempting to bypass, disrupt, or manipulate the service’s technical infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. We do not use cookies or share your information with third parties. You have control over your data, including the ability to download, view, delete data, and delete your account. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions and payments are processed through the Bitcoin Lightning Network. We do not store or automatically renew subscriptions. All subscriptions are pay-in-advance only.
• Content creators are charged $50 USD per year to publish videos and/or ads.
• Users can subscribe for ad-free viewing on individual channels. The subscription price is set by the channel owner, with a minimum fee of $1 USD per year.
• Users who are not subscribed to a channel will see ads during video playback.

9. Refunds

If you wish to request a reimbursement, you may do so by visiting https://floro.co/refund.jsp. We will verify your data and cancel any related products or services as necessary.

10. License to Use the Service

By using Floro, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the service for personal and commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the service.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the platform are owned by Floro or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Floro is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service.

13. Termination of Service

Floro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activity. Account owners can also delete their own accounts at any time.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify users by email and display a popup when users access the service again, prompting them to accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

• Mediation and Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If arbitration does not resolve the issue, the dispute will be referred to a neutral mediator.
• Waiver of Class Action Rights: Disputes must be resolved individually, not as part of a class or representative proceeding.
