Floro provides digital services such as subscriptions, content creator accounts, and advertising campaigns. Because services are delivered immediately upon successful payment, refunds are limited. However, we will review refund requests in accordance with the policies below.
If you paid using a credit card, approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5â10 business days to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank.
You can view a list of your subscriptions at Channel Subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription at any time; any unused balance will be credited to your user account balance. You may withdraw this balance at Balance Withdrawals to a Bitcoin Lightning wallet.
Ad campaigns may be cancelled by sending the campaign ID to support@floro.co. Any remaining balance will be transferred to your content creator account, and you can withdraw it via Content Creator Withdrawals to your Lightning wallet.
You may also cancel your content creator subscription by emailing support@floro.co. A balance will be credited to your content creator account, which you can withdraw before your account is closed.
For all other refund requests, please email support@floro.co with your username, the subscription or payment type, and the reason for your request. Please use âRefund Requestâ as the subject line. We review all requests within 5 business days.
Certain payments may be non-refundable, including one-time content creator verification fees and expired subscriptions, except where required by law.
