Refund Policy

Floro provides digital services such as subscriptions, content creator accounts, and advertising campaigns. Because services are delivered immediately upon successful payment, refunds are limited. However, we will review refund requests in accordance with the policies below.

Credit Card Refunds

If you paid using a credit card, approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank.

Channel Subscription Refunds

You can view a list of your subscriptions at Channel Subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription at any time; any unused balance will be credited to your user account balance. You may withdraw this balance at Balance Withdrawals to a Bitcoin Lightning wallet.

Content Creator Refunds

Ad campaigns may be cancelled by sending the campaign ID to support@floro.co. Any remaining balance will be transferred to your content creator account, and you can withdraw it via Content Creator Withdrawals to your Lightning wallet.

You may also cancel your content creator subscription by emailing support@floro.co. A balance will be credited to your content creator account, which you can withdraw before your account is closed.

Other Refunds

For all other refund requests, please email support@floro.co with your username, the subscription or payment type, and the reason for your request. Please use “Refund Request” as the subject line. We review all requests within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Payments

Certain payments may be non-refundable, including one-time content creator verification fees and expired subscriptions, except where required by law.
